The centralized HR function of the Group consists of two divisions, Group HR and Group Human Resources Management (HRM). Hayleys Group HR implements strategic HR policies, organizational development and learning and development programs across the group whilst Group Human Resources Management provides industrial relations solutions and HR administration services to all business sectors. Due to our diversity in terms of industries, geographic locations and the large numbers of employees, Group HR and HRM operate with the support of an HR Cluster which includes HR representatives from all business sectors of the Group.

We recognize the importance of individual contribution through our performance management system which is linked to the rewards of each individual. We promote career growth and advancement within the Group through the talent management and succession planning programs. Our Human Resources Information System facilitates informed decision making by maintaining up-to-date employee information.
