ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
At Hayleys, business has always been closely connected to nature and society through our unique socio-economic footprint: shaped by the communities and rural supply chains we work with, environmentally sensitive and high-impact geographies and a diverse portfolio of businesses that work closely with raw materials and natural resources.
This scale carries responsibility, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations as a driver of how we operate and grow.
Amid alarming nature loss and widening social disparities, we believe businesses such as ours can be a catalyst for better futures by preserving and restoring nature, strengthening communities and driving shared prosperity. We are therefore committed to building purpose-driven, inclusive and responsible businesses, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while creating shared value for our stakeholders.
The Hayleys Lifecode
