MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production or Industrial Engineering.
- Professional qualifications such as IESL or Lean Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in technical and production fundamentals with a quality assurance and continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrates ability in cross-functional collaboration, leadership potential, and effective communication.
