MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Professional qualifications such as CIHRM/ CQHRM/ SLITAD or Attorney-at-Law qualification will be an added advantage.
- Competence in communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness, negotiation, and time management.
- Proficiency in AI tools will be an added advantage.
