Customers and Suppliers

Our customers range from a US homemaker who purchases a pair of rubber gloves, to a rural Sri Lankan farmer who uses our agrarian inputs; Mc Donalds who purchases the gherkins we add value to; a Sri Lankan hospital which uses the X Ray machines we market, to a household that uses the multitude of consumer brands we market in Sri Lanka. Hence, the mechanisms used across the group to enhance the experiences to its customers are as varied, but all are driven by a core company mantra – Enduring Customer Value‘. Some of the long standing relationships with our customers and suppliers is testimony to living Hayleys values.
