Sustainability Report 2011/2012

This Report covers the period 1st April, 2011 to 31st March, 2012. This year we report sustainability data measurement techniques, basis of calculations and assumptions as per the GRI 3.1 framework. We have obtained external assurance for this report and we present the same at a B+ level. The reasons for any deviations have been clearly stated wherever applicable.
