There’s something for everyone at Hayleys ...

Life at Hayleys gives you many opportunities for recreation and fellowship. Hayleys Group Recreation Club (HGRC) plays an active role in spreading the spirit of camaraderie across the Group, by organizing regular sports, cultural, religious and social events and activities for our team and their families. The Hayleys Team contributes towards the betterment of the society we live in through activities like the Annual Blood Donation Campaign, the Cancer Hospital Project and the Chitra Lane School Project. 

Basketball, badminton, tennis, netball, and squash courts as well as facilities for table tennis and carom are available at the Head Office premises for the “sporty ones”. The other locations too have their sports facilities. Hayleys Group Teams regularly participate in mercantile tournaments in Cricket, Football, Table Tennis, Badminton, Carrom, Basketball as well as in quiz competitions.

Members of our multi-talented team get many opportunities to showcase their talents in events like singing, dancing and drama competitions. In addition to the centrally organized activities which are open to the entire Hayleys Team, individual companies in the Group organize their own activities for their employees.
