The top
lighting products distributors of Hayleys Consumer Products
Limited (HCPL) were felicitated recently when the company held
its annual Philips Lighting Awards Ceremony for 2005-06 at the
Coral Garden Hotel, Hikkaduwa.
The top five distributors and the top five sales representatives
of HCPL's distributor network were presented with valuable cash
prizes as well as overseas trips at the gala awards ceremony.
Each of the top five distributors won a trip to Bangkok and
China for six days and were presented with a trophy and
certificate by HCPL. The best sales representative also won the
same trip, while the four next best sales representatives each
won Rs 40,000, Rs 25,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively.
The company has announced that for the next year, distributors
will be separated into two groups with the top three in the
first group being offered a trip to Bali, Indonesia and the top
three in the second group being offered a trip to India.
The best sales representative would also win a trip to Bali
while the four next best sales representatives would win cash
prizes.
The best distributors and sales representatives are chosen on
the basis of sales targets achieved.
